Our Assisted Living Services operate with two goals. First, we work with you to keep you safe. Second, we continue to respect, support and encourage your personal decisions, well-being and privacy.

Assisted Living services available:

• Medication assistance
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Dressing
• Personal services
• Status checks
• Personal laundry
• Meal trays delivered to your apartment
• Additional daily meal (three total)

Before starting services, we conduct an assessment of your needs. This assessment enables us to create your individual care plan. Ballard Landmark a GenCare Lifestyle Community assisted living services staff work with you and your doctor to develop a plan that is right for you.

Your individual care plan spells out the specifics — the services, frequency and costs. If your needs change, the care plan and monthly fee will be adjusted to reflect increases or decreases in services.
