Leon Grundstein, founder and president, pioneered innovations and the use of performance measures in the senior housing industry in the Pacific Northwest and Arizona.

The safety of our residents is extremely important. Before any employee joins our team, he or she must pass a thorough background check and reference check. A year round performance management system ensures continuous development of the GenCare team.
